The guys there are straight forward, fair priced, and communication is above expectation. They a personable people, remembering you from times previous. Gives you the sense of a strong family owned shop that genuinely wants to solve people’s problems to the best of their ability. Won’t go anywhere else going forward unless they send me there.

I had an excellent experience at American Tire thanks to the manager’s (Vaughn Rylander) exceptional customer service. was in a difficult situation, and they truly went above and beyond to help me. They even arranged a last-minute delivery for my tires, and the manager personally stayed almost 2 hours past closing time to make sure my issue was completely resolved. That level of dedication, professionalism, and care is rare to find these days. I truly appreciated the honesty, urgency, and kindness they showed throughout the entire process. Because of their outstanding service, I will definitely be returning and recommending American Tire to others. Thank you again for going the extra mile!
