I had a very good experience here today at American Tire Depot in Martell (Jackson), CA. The front brakes of my Honda Civic had been emitting high pitched squeaking and grinding noises for over three months, so I was pretty sure I would need to get my brakes and rotors replaced. They did a great job at a reasonable price, and my car was in and out in two hours. I could immediately feel the difference in the responsiveness of my brakes the minute I began to drive home, and there was no high pitched squeaking and grinding noises anymore. It was obvious that I now had brand new, working brakes, and it was a relief to feel safe driving my car again. This was my first time to get my car serviced here, and I have decided I will continue to bring my car here for all other maintenance needs. One thing that makes a huge difference for me is that they are open a full 6 days a week, including Saturdays 8am-5pm. Finally, I have only great things to say about Al, who was the manager at the front desk when I got here today. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. He knows cars and treats you like a valued customer.

Third time at this shop in 2 months, on different cars. Today was as good as the other 2 times. I will happily be back and share with anyone else like I have a few times since my first visit. Very professional, friendly and a great experience.

The guys there are straight forward, fair priced, and communication is above expectation. They a personable people, remembering you from times previous. I had an excellent experience at American Tire thanks to the manager’s (Vaughn Rylander) exceptional customer service. was in a difficult situation, and they truly went above and beyond to help me. They even arranged a last-minute delivery for my tires, and the manager personally stayed almost 2 hours past closing time to make sure my issue was completely resolved. That level of dedication, professionalism, and care is rare to find these days. I truly appreciated the honesty, urgency, and kindness they showed throughout the entire process.
