I noticed a flat tire while packing to come back home from our yearly trip to Paso… called in and they fixed my tire for free, even though I had never been to the shop before and I don’t live in the same city. I was so thankful … in and out in about 45 minutes. I left some cash for Lucy for the employees and was on my way. Great service and really nice people.

We had a blown-out tire during our road trip and called American Tire Depot in Atascadero about an hour before they closed on a Sunday. Thankfully, they had the exact tire size we needed in stock. I explained our situation and asked if they could wait a few extra minutes since the tow truck would take some time to arrive. They were incredibly accommodating and stayed open past their closing time to help us. The two gentlemen who assisted us were friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about getting us back on the road safely. Their willingness to go above and beyond turned a stressful situation into a great customer service experience. We can’t thank them enough and highly recommend this location!
