I had an exceptional experience here. I took my Tesla in for its first replacement tires, with Hyperdip coating on the wheels, which needs a little extra care. I once worked in a tire store and I'm super meticulous, so I explained the coating, and gave my preference for weights, valves, and pressures. The service manager Andrew took complete ownership of my requests, and put his best technician on it, who did a really superb job. I ended up having alignment done as well, and they found a coupon code to save me some cash. There was excellent communication throughout the process. Online reservations were easy. And prices were best in my comparison shopping. I'll be back with all future tire and alignment needs. I recommend you express your concerns or preferences up front, and tip the technicians for the careful work they do here!
