I had a great experience at American Tire Depot in Burbank! The customer service was excellent, and a special shout-out to Jake, Juan, and Leo for being so helpful and professional. I really appreciate that they don’t try to scam you or pressure you into buying things you don’t need. They’re honest, knowledgeable, and do quality work. It’s refreshing to find a shop where you feel like you can trust the people taking care of your car. Great group of guys and excellent service. Highly recommend!

A great experience. Such a nice team. They used to have a grumpy manager but no longer. This team is quick to help, communicated every step of the way and took care of my tire quickly. And all under warranty. Only had to pay for labor.

I was on a road trip and staying in Burbank when I got a flat tire. This place took me right away and gave me a new tire. Sadly I drove on it flat and ruined the tire. They were very nice. Very fast and very busy. I really appreciate how kind they were.

Juan was great and very helpful with what I needed, which was a vehicle inspection of a used car I may be purchasing. I needed this done right away, and when I called, he told me to bring it by the same day (a Saturday, no less!!) and there was no charge! Even tho I hadn't been there in awhile for any service needs, he was more than happy to accommodate me. Great customer service!!!! Based on previous service needs, and my most recent experience, I highly recommend this business for vehicle services.👍👍👍

Brought my new (6mo old) BMW X7 in Friday morning. I had noticed that the air pressure was going down, looked it over and found a screw sticking out of the tire. Called ATD and spoke with Leo, the service manager, who scheduled me in. Leo is extremely polite, professional, and obviously knows what he's doing. Anyway, suffice it to say, it was as great an experience as getting your tire fixed can be. Thanks Leo and crew!
