I went to American Tire Depot in Burbank for my second car service because this location is closer to me. Juan was very accommodating and clearly explained the repairs they found were needed for my car. I could see how hard he and the other staff worked. Everyone was friendly and professional. I would definitely recommend this location and will be back again!

Nathan was very helpful. Can you call me completed to work inside the time that Nathan said they would. They're waiting room was clean and well lit. A/C was fighting the good fight. Also, affordable. Definitely going back.

Leo was such a sweetheart, he was very helpful and let me vent on the situation I am in. Definitely recommend ATD and price wise very affordable.

Nathan and Juan are amazing. Real people with real expertise — they walk you through any repairs you need and communicate extremely well. I’d call ahead of time, see when they’re working, and make an appointment. Good mechanics with great customer service make all the difference and American Tire Depot seems to run on this rule.

I had all four tires replaced today on my 2025 Honda Civic Hybrid Sport at American Tire Depot, and overall, I had a very good experience. The staff showed me several different tire options and recommended the ones they felt would be a good fit for my vehicle. I took some time to compare the reviews, quality, durability, warranty, and overall value of the different options. After doing my research, I felt that Nexen tires were the best choice for my car. I also asked the staff specifically about the Nexen tires, and they were very helpful and honest about the performance. They assured me that the tires offer very good performance and would be a good option for my vehicle. They also gave me a really good deal, which made my decision much easier. So, I decided to replace all four tires with Nexen tires today. I truly appreciate the staff for taking the time to explain my options and helping me make an informed decision. I’m very happy with my purchase so far, and I hope the tires will perform as well as the staff committed and recommended. I’m looking forward to getting many safe and comfortable miles out of them.
