Thank you for fixing my leaking tire. I showed up to this branch little frustrated, your competitor down the street on Dawson - Big Brand Tires and Services gave such bad customer service saying with it an appointment it would be 6 hrs plus - they market fast service and friendly - maybe it should say fast service with appointment. So I left and checked on line for an appt there and it said available 11 am do system isn’t really talking to their reps unless it was just straight bad service as I was not high $ ticket with a leaking air tire. Anyhow, I came to you at this location and right away you took me in and prioritized the situation, while there I observed great customer service not just to me but every customer - giving them options and information to either a walk in or with appt. You have earned my customer loyalty and word of mouth advertisement and definitely will have you in mind for the multiple cars I own . You also have very professional staff!
