I bought tires here a few years ago for about 35% lower than the Subaru dealership quoted, so when I had a tire with a slow leak, I called and spoke to a helpful person on the phone and even though they were busy, they got me taken care of quickly. Best of all, and so rare, they just repaired the tire and the manager, Kevin, was so kind and honest. In today’s world where it’s so common to be charged too much money for something, this honesty and courtesy was so refreshing. And, of course, I’ll come back here again to buy my next set of tires. Huge shoutout to Juan and Tom at American Tire Depot! I came in with a slow air leak and they took the time to properly diagnose it. Turns out it was on the inside of the tire, which isn’t always easy to catch. They patched it up quickly and were friendly and helpful the whole time. Exactly the kind of service that keeps you coming back. Highly recommend!
