Today I visited your shop because my left rear tire was slowly losing air. A very handsome young man at the front desk helped me. I had been to your shop before to replace tires, but my family was always with me. This was the first time I came by myself. Because my English is not very good, I had to use my phone to translate. He was incredibly patient, friendly, and professional throughout the entire conversation. He told me the repair would take about 45 minutes, and it was completed exactly on time. I truly appreciate his excellent service. Thank you to him and to every member of your team for your hard work and professionalism. You made my visit easy and stress-free. Thank you so much!

Here’s a polished review you can post: I had an excellent experience at American Tire Co. in Diamond Bar thanks to Ruben. It was close to closing time, and even though he could have easily told me to come back another day, he took the time to help me with my tires. He was respectful, professional, and handled everything without any hesitation or complications. It’s rare to find someone willing to go the extra mile like that, especially at the end of a long workday. Ruben’s customer service and willingness to help really stood out. Stopped in this morning to have a tire checked due to "low air" light warning. I didn't have to wait long for the repair at all! Staff was courteous and helpful. No complaints-would return again. Thank You!

I normally do not comment on service, good or bad. But the service I received today from Ruben and his crew at American Tire Depot in Diamond Bar merits my comments. It is Sunday afternoon and I had a blowout on the freeway. Fortunately for me, American Tire Depot is open on Sundays. I called Ruben and he said that as long as I can get to the shop he’ll take me in. He and his crew welcomed me when I arrived with the tow truck and was able to get my tire changed. And within 15 minutes had me back on the road! Amazing service, very professional and always smiling. I highly recommend this location to anyone who is in need of tire service. I came to the nearest American Tire Depot to have a nail removed from my tire and the puncture repaired. The staff asked me to wait a little while, then took care of my tires free of charge. They were fast, professional, and very courteous. My experience was definitely 5 stars. Highly recommend!

Ruben was amazing. I called to check if they had what I needed and he was able to give me a great deal on a new tier! I drove over and it was fixed within 30 minutes, just in time to watch the world cup finals!

Thank you so much to the staff at this American tire depot for going above and beyond helping me get my car back on the road! Ruben the manager was super polite and informative over the phone even though I had a million and one questions to make sure my car would be taken care of. Not only did they have my specific tire size readily available but the staff here went out of their way to help me get my car lifted and aligned even though it is very low to the ground! (Without any issues might I add. My side skirts and lips are safe! phew) Thank you as well Hector and Jessie for being the ones to carefully get my car lifted up and fixed promptly. Will be coming back the next time I need my tires serviced :) (threw in some pics of how low my car is just to show you what these guys were able to do!) They gave me a great price as well. Way cheaper than any other tire shop I called in the area. Good stuff
