I had one of the best experiences here with getting two front tires replaced. I got a huge screw after heavy rain and was in a bind. I called and was immediately taken care of by the Assistant Manager. He was professional, polite, and knowledgeable. Once he figured out the problem he immediately went to work doing his best to offer a great price without any hassle. He even assisted another family member at the last minute with windshield wipers for a great price as well. I also received a free inspection of other parts of my car which helped me plan for future repairs. Will 100% recommend and return without hesitation.

I've been going to the Fullerton establishment for years now and I always have a positive experience. The entire staff and team provide great customer service and go out of their way to make sure all questions and doubts are answered. With my former car, I had to replace my tires because the tread was wearing down. I was able to select the recommended tires that I wanted at a very reasonable price, and the whole process was quicker than I had expected. Recently, I stopped in because I noticed that one of my tires was losing pressure. It was near closing time, but they were able to identify that I had a slow leakage tire and schedule me an appointment for the very next day. I went in and just like clockwork, the service team was able to patch up my tire effectively and efficiently, at no cost!
