Our first family trip across the country was going poorly until we meet Andrew Guillen, the assistant manager. We showed up an hour before they were about to close with a nail in our rental car tire and we were planning to travel to San Diego in the morning. We were not sure he would be able to help because we could tell his team was busy. He could clearly see our distress and told us it was no problem, they would take care of it. In less than an hour we were back on the road. We will never forget the kindness and the amazing service we were provided. Andrew and his team are the real deal! If you are local definitely give them a shot. You will not be disappointed!

I had a great experience getting new tires for my 2025 Tesla. Andrew helped me out and answered all my questions. He was very friendly, informative, and professional. I didn’t feel pressured to buy. I appreciate finally finding a tire shop that doesn’t treat women like they’re dumb just because they don’t know about cars and tires. They have a female mechanic there, which is awesome! The pricing was good — not far off of Costco’s price for the same tires. They got me an Uber to get home and then another Uber to take me back to the shop when my car was done. My new tires feel great. They weren’t able to do my alignment because their lift could only work on alignment up to 2024 Teslas. They said their lifts were getting upgraded in the next few months. I highly recommend this location!

Went in because I had a screw in my tire. I was running late for a funeral so I asked if I could pay extra for a rush service. They were able to rush the tire patch and refused to charge me extra saying they want to treat their clients how they would want to be treated. It was absolutely amazing and I will be going back for all my car needs because I know that I will get a fair price and be treated with like a client and not just another customer... if I could I would give them 10 stars 🌟
