I appreciate the honesty and efficiency of everyone here. Long story short - I scheduled a tire replacement on a Saturday morning, and agreed to an alignment check. The gentleman helping me at the front desk took me back to my vehicle, where the mechanic showed me how bad my struts were, and displayed misalignment on the monitor. I was provided the cost and estimated time to completion. Work was completed as discussed, with what to expect and suggested maintenance. I am so grateful for your integrity and hard work, thank you very much!

Jerry was very informative and helpful. He asked the right questions to find the right tires for me. I got their deal, which was a buy-three-get-one-free bundle. The wait was understandable since there were many cars before and after me. Going to a tire shop by yourself can be a little scary, especially being a girl who doesn't know much about tires. I usually drive until someone tells me my tires are bald 😂. Jerry made sure I was taken care of and understood the importance of coming in every 5,000 miles for balancing and rotation something like that. 😂 Other then that him and his team are great!"
