Had a bad experience at another location came back here and was helped again from a previous tire purchase by Yashad the store manager and he went above and beyond to make sure I was treated and taken care of and also Brandon the mechanic found a issue and corrected it for me as well ! I can’t express the gratitude and service these guys gave and showed me really what customer service really is …. I drove from the Valley which this location was not close to me (Hollywood) and would do it again … highly recommend going here for tires and other mechanical issue … educated and experienced than you Fellas

Had such a great experience at American Tire because of Junior! He was super sweet, honest, and respectful, and took the time to explain everything going on with my car so I actually understood it. He was very knowledgeable and never made me feel pressured. Definitely recommend asking for Junior when you come in. He was amazing and very helpful! I wouldn’t go to any other place for my car.
