I went in to get my brakes looked at and a tire rotation on Saturday afternoon. I really was only expecting to get a quick oil change done elsewhere but the place I got my oil change done also told me my brake fluid was really low. Since they only really do oil changes they recommended me going to American Tire Depot. I’m thankful they recommended it and that I listened. My brake pad was worn down and it needed to be replaced. Tires were rotated free of charge. Everything took about an hour and a half. The customer service was top notch. They were very thorough and knowledgeable. I also appreciated the nicely air conditioned store on a warm day.

Great place we went in just before they closed (we didn’t realise it was close time!) and they stayed and sorted the puncture for free. I would recommend this place and I will go back when my tyres do need replacing. Thank you !

The Huntington Beach location has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND for me over the past few weeks. Taylor took all my calls (many many calls) and worked with my stubborn insurance (SilverRock) to get my BMW back on the road. His staff of mechanics completed everything(rotors/brakes/control arms/AC/coolant flush/inspection) in a timely manner and to BMW standards. I will be going back to Taylor if I need anything else.

Had a nail in our tire while visiting on vacation. We stopped in to see if they could help us, and sure enough they treated us like family. I had been needing to get my brakes inspected, and my brake pads were way overdue, so I came in to have them checked. Luckily, I was able to book an appointment for today at 9 AM. I went in for a free brake inspection and tire rotation. After checking everything, they confirmed I needed new brake pads and rotors, which I expected. I had been putting it off, but I didn’t want it to turn into a bigger safety issue, so I decided to get it done. The associate who helped me was very kind and patient, answering all my questions about pricing and services. It’s also rare to find shops open on a Sunday, so I really appreciated being able to get everything done in one visit. The pricing was reasonable, especially with the online deals I was able to apply. After the service, my brakes feel much sturdier and safer. You really can’t go wrong with American Tire. I’ve been to multiple locations, purchased my tires there, and consistently had great experiences. They’re always helpful, explain things clearly, show photos, and never push unnecessary services!
