The Huntington Beach location has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND for me over the past few weeks. Taylor took all my calls (many many calls) and worked with my stubborn insurance (SilverRock) to get my BMW back on the road. His staff of mechanics completed everything(rotors/brakes/control arms/AC/coolant flush/inspection) in a timely manner and to BMW standards. I will be going back to Taylor if I need anything else.

I had been needing to get my brakes inspected, and my brake pads were way overdue, so I came in to have them checked. Luckily, I was able to book an appointment for today at 9 AM. I went in for a free brake inspection and tire rotation. After checking everything, they confirmed I needed new brake pads and rotors, which I expected. I had been putting it off, but I didn’t want it to turn into a bigger safety issue, so I decided to get it done. The associate who helped me was very kind and patient, answering all my questions about pricing and services. It’s also rare to find shops open on a Sunday, so I really appreciated being able to get everything done in one visit. The pricing was reasonable, especially with the online deals I was able to apply. After the service, my brakes feel much sturdier and safer. You really can’t go wrong with American Tire. I’ve been to multiple locations, purchased my tires there, and consistently had great experiences. They’re always helpful, explain things clearly, show photos, and never push unnecessary services!

My first time here today for the free brake inspection. The most impressive thing is that there’re a lot of free inspection here. My brake makes squeaky sounds and it comes out the brake pads are worn out. Good things that they did show me how bad the pads are and stuff so that I know what I’m paying for. Staff is nice and friendly. Reasonable prices. Good store overall!
