I am so impressed by the service and personnel at American Tire Depot on Convoy. Bryon repaired the slow leak in my tire and did not even charge me for his service!! Angel assisted me last week when I first noticed the issue and was also awesome! I have definitely found a new home for tire service and will come back when it's time to replace them!

I absolutely LOVE this location!! Iāve been coming here for a while now, and the customer service never disappoints! I especially want to recognize Angel for going above and beyond during my visit today! I came in already having an incredibly frustrating day trying to get my brake lights fixed elsewhere, and he immediately stepped in and took care of everything. He was patient, understanding, incredibly helpful, and genuinely made my entire day better! I also witnessed him handling a very difficult customer, and I cannot express enough how impressed I was by his professionalism and patience throughout the situation. He remained calm, respectful, and kind, which says so much about his character. Angel is truly an asset to this location, and I hope management recognizes how lucky they are to have someone like him on their team! Itās employees like him who keep customers coming back. Thank you again, Angel!! You are absolutely AMAZING!!
