I went in for a routine vehicle service and was told that my strut and control arm were damaged. They explained that these needed to be replaced before any other work could be done. Because they didn't have time to do the repairs at that moment, I was turned away—but I wasn't charged a single dime. I even tried to tip the alignment technician for his honest diagnosis, but he would not accept it. Many thanks to American Tire Depot and the alignment technician!
