I really appreciate all the extra things the team at American Tire does to help their customers. Everyone is always professional, friendly, and willing to go the extra mile. I recently had my wheel cover replaced, and it turned out to be much more difficult than expected, but the team handled it with patience and professionalism the entire time. This is the only place I go for my tire needs. Highly recommend!

Came in the other day for as a walk in and had the best experience at this location. Haven’t stopped by since moving out of Long Beach area but was in the area. Jordan was so pleasant and helped me thoroughly with all my questions and the service was fast. I’ll tell everybody to come to American Tire Depot on Lakewood & Willow.

I picked up a nail in the tire of my 6-week-old BMW X2, which caused a slow leak over the past few days. When I contacted BMW, the only option offered was a full tire replacement that would have cost around $500 and taken several hours. Fortunately, the advisor suggested I might want to try another option for a repair first. I pass by this American Tire Depot regularly on my way to the 405, so I decided to make an appointment this morning. As soon as I arrived, Jordan greeted me and explained they would first check whether the tire could be patched or plugged before recommending a replacement. He estimated it would take about 30 minutes to an hour — perfect. About 30 minutes later, Jordan called to let me know the repair was complete and the car was ready for pickup. I had just been enjoying a coffee next door, so I headed back over. That’s when Jordan told me the tire had been successfully patched… and there was no charge. No charge?! That almost never happens anymore, especially at a business I had never visited before. I was genuinely blown away by the honesty, professionalism, and outstanding customer service. Jordan made the entire experience easy and stress-free, and because of that, I’ll absolutely return for any future tire needs and gladly recommend this location to friends and family. Ordered tires online, were delivered to shop and set day to install. Was seemless process. Update car still pulling and vibrating after new tires, so returned and found out bushings in lower control arms bad. The ATD shop replaced parts quickly and for reasonable price. Car runs perfectly now. Thanks
