Tire Shop & Auto Repair in Long Beach, CA 90815

Went in once for tire service and I continued going because You guys always have great service and communication with me about my cars. Your customer service is unmatched . Plus, your tire prices are good, too .

I’ve been to American Tire Depot several times to buy tires and for tires repairs. but this trip was due to our car showing a tire pressure monitor system failure. I stopped by after work and they diagnosed the problem, and completed the repair of replacing all 4 sensors in less than 2 hours. Our service rep Jonathan was awesome! Great customer service, friendly and right around the corner from our house. I would highly recommend American Tire Depot.

Purchased two tires. They had the right size and the right price. Installed by professionals. Very happy with customer service agent..Thank you.

Frank was very helpful and efficient. Communication was proactive and appreciated.

Great experience here. I had a flat tire and they repaired it and got me on the road again. Thank you!

Good customer service Good job on Z3 bmw 👌

I’m leaving this review for Jonathan and the entire team at American Tire Depot. I want to start by saying the customer service I received was phenomenal, not one time did I feel uncomfortable being at a place of business who was operated by all men. I’ve had a bad experience at another business prior to coming here, the other place quoted me an astronomical amount for the service I needed, so I decided to see if I could get the same services at a better price. I in fact received a better quote and was treated with respect and Jonathan explained everything that needed done and helped me understand why. I thanked him profusely and his response was “you’re welcome, I treat my customers how I would want businesses to treat my own mom” Thank you again Jonathan and team for your amazing customer service and helping me understand.

Excellent service!! The staff is incredibly hard-working, attentive, and professional. My tire pressure dropped way down due to an embedded screw, and I was stressed, thinking I’d have to buy a brand-new tire. I was pleasantly surprised when they safely repaired it instead, and completely blown away that they provided the repair completely free of charge. They saved my day!

What a great place. Had a nail in my tire and by chance found this place. The service was amazing. So polite and nice. Highly recommend. AND fire repair was free! Amazing!

I had a great experience at American Tire Depot! Jonathan was friendly, professional, and helpful. The price was reasonable, and I really appreciated the great service. I would definitely recommend them!
