Not expensive compared with others tire shop

I had an issue with my tire and I was kind of stressed about it, but they took me in right away and fixed it probably within about 20 minutes. It was very quick. I will use the service again in the near future for other things and I’m so glad that I found them.

I went to the location in DTLB on Long Beach Blvd. The front passenger tire on my Lexus RX had gone from a slow leak to just not holding air at all. (Turns out it was a puncture.) David took care of me today. Not only was he very human-centric but friendly as well! I was a walk-in (which really wasn’t very bright on the day after a holiday) and they took me in right away. After about an hour, he gave me my car back - no charge. They diagnosed the issue and fixed the puncture - and sent me on my way. Can’t say enough good things about them.

This past Sunday I was out running errands trying to get them done so I could enjoy the rest of the day & leaving the parking lot of my last stop I heard a strange noise. I had run over a nail that was attached to a small piece of wood. Dang it! I needed to get it fixed because I was going out of town the next morning. Problem was there are not a lot of tire shops open on Sunday but lucky for me American Tire Depot on Lakewood was open. Luis helped me and was immediately struck by the customer service. You could tell this crew cared. In just under an hour my car was all ready & luckily the nail was in the right place so the tire could be patched. Luis brought me over my keys and said I was all set. I did a double take - “I need to pay you” and he said “No, patches are free”. My mouth feel open! He said write a review and let other know about your experience. Easy and done! If I ever need service on my car/tires I will FOR SURE go back to American Tire Depot and see Luis and crew! Thanks Luis - I was ab l to enjoy the rest of my Sunday!

Right from the start I had a positive feeling from my initial inquiry call to get prices to purchase a full set of tires at American Tire Depot. After talking to Ryan about the price and options and setting up an appointment for the next day to get four new Advanta tires, which Ryan had on his car and which were a very good value in my price range. This was followed by a morning reminder call from manager David Quinones to say that the tires were ready for installation and he was looking forward to assisting me when I arrive. I couldn’t be more pleased with David and his professional caring approach to the services I was getting. Also he was willing to accommodate my many questions on other possible services, such as an oil change and tire alignment. Additionally, if you think you hear another little sound coming from your car, he will get some technician to help evaluate what that sound might be caused by. In other words, he is there to help the customer in anyway he can, and he is truly a great service manager for American Tire Depot. I will be sure to bring my car back there if it needs any other service .

Very friendly staff. Got me in and out quickly for an oil change and even let me use a phone charger while I waited.

Great place to get new tires or get them repaired. One tire shop told me they couldn’t repair my tire but American Tire Depot was able to do in about like 40 minutes. They don’t trick me into needing to buy new tires. Also, they are very knowledgeable with what is exactly wrong with my tires and can tell me in way that I can easily understand. Furthermore, David is very kind and courteous employee. It’s always a pleasure get the chance to talk with him. Great employees and place and I hope they’re both treated well. This will be my go-to place to get tires for many years to come!!
