Tire Shop & Auto Repair in North Hollywood, CA 91606

I had a great experience at American Tire Depot! I came in for a full synthetic oil change and tire rotation, and the price was excellent. Everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful. I especially want to thank Matthew, the supervisor. He truly cares about his customers, pays attention to the little details, and goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of. I really appreciate his honesty and excellent customer service. I highly recommend this location and will definitely be coming back. Thank you, Matthew and the entire team!

I finally found an honest repair shop! Paul is very easy to work with and always takes care of me. I came in to get my tires replaced, thinking that was the problem, but they figured out it was the wheel bearings and replaced those instead, preventing an unnecessary repair. Glad to have found this place

I have been a customer at WAFD bank for some times and Rome ( Assistant Manager ) has deliverd an exceptional customer service each time I am there and helping me to manage my accounts. WAFD should be so lucky to have him in their team.

Professional. Kind. Accommodating. They were able to squeeze me in without an appointment.

Great customer service! Paul was so nice, very accommodating and helpful

Thanks to the mechanics for the great service on our new tires and brakes and a special thanks to Matthew for the amazing customer service. Thanks American Tire Depot I’ll be back!!! JC

Great price and service very helpful!

I initially had a slight hiccup with my appointment, but management reached out directly and completely turned the situation around. I worked with Henry, and he was absolutely fantastic to deal with. He made sure my new tires and wheel alignment were sorted out quickly and fairly. It’s rare to find a business that truly cares this much about their customers and goes out of their way to make things right. They definitely won me back. Great customer service!

Excellent service. Thank Matthew and to all the team.

Angel at ATD replaced my tired quick, and got everything taken care of without any trouble. ATD even helped me get where I was going, with a ride back when the job was done. The crew was honest and transparent, and the cost was basically where I expected it to be with a promotion (there’s usually a promotion).
