I have bought tires at American Tire Depot on Tustin Boulevard for many years. However, I bought a new car recently and the tires on my new car came from the dealer. A tire pressure alarm warning came on so I took the car into American Tire Depot. They removed the tire and checked it. Everything was fine. Tires were filled to the recommended pressure. Great service. I know this is a chain store but they act like a neighborhood treasure.

I called beforehand to ask if they can do a quick repair on the engine splash shield on my Toyota and the gentleman who answered told me to visit the shop so they can check it out, fortunately they fixed it in 20 min. Mind you this wasn’t even tired related and they came through. Props to Armando who helped me out, thank you! You saved me money and time. I will be recommending this location to anyone from now on. Very excellent customer service 👌🏾

Great experience coming to American tire depot. In and out before promised time. Employees are kind and knowledgeable. I’ll definitely come back for all my tire needs. Shout out to the manager, he showed that he care for his team, while I was waiting there, he got food and snacks for them.
