I had a great experience with Javier and Armando today. Javier was incredibly patient, explained my options to me, and provided excellent customer service. In fact, he was so lovely to work with over the phone, I decided to go in and get the car serviced immediately. Armando was also very kind, made sure everything was properly handled and great to work with. Absolutely recommend this team and this shop.

I love Americas tire in general because of the free of cost services they offer, but also because the people working here are always so nice. Last month I had to get a whole new tire put on the back of my car and they were kind and efficient & today I came back because now I have a nail in my front tire. The people at this location are always kind and it is in a walkable area with lots of restaurants and shops nearby, so if you don’t want to wait in the shop you can definitely find something to go do.
