I had a big screw in my tire and another tire shop told me I would have to get a whole new tire. Which I didn’t want to do because I just brought all new tires about 2 months ago. I came here and they said no problem and patched it up for free. It was a little bit of a wait but so worth it.

Great service went in for an oil change and was attended immediately with a warm and friendly demeanor Saul the assistant manager was great at explaining what would be done. They threw in a complementary tire rotation and battery check and went over the findings with me and gave great prices that I could not decline. I will recommend this location to friends and family as it’s hard at times to find a reliable auto repair and tire provider.

I had a great experience at American Tire. The staff was professional, friendly, and worked quickly to get my tires serviced. They explained everything clearly, gave fair pricing, and made the whole process stress-free. My car drives so much better now. I definitely appreciate their honesty and customer service. From the 1st phn call to get an appointment to the actual in person service, the guys there were clear, polite and knowledgeable. And I didn’t feel any type of pressure from them to do anything immediately or too much pressure to upsell me on anything extra. They let me know my options and allowed me to feel comfortable. I started out coming here a few years ago bc of the need for quick tire replacement. And they always came through.And now I trust them with rotors & brakes and all my BMW’s needs.

My experience at American Tire Depot was amazing. I came in at their earliest appointment time after getting off 48 hour shift the night before, only having a couple hours left before I went back to work. Larry was awesome, helped me right away getting checked in and started on getting all 4 tires replaced on my car with an alignment. I sat down in the waiting room and fell asleep to get as much sleep as I could before I go back to work and before I knew it, the guys were done. My car looks and drives great, I was in and out in a little less than 2 hours, super impressive given the small amount of staff working at that time. While talking with me, we talked about my work as an EMT, as I was in uniform already with a sweater over, heading straight to work after the appointment. Larry didn't charge me for my alignment, I looked back on the receipt to find a free alignment for EMTs. Huge shoutout to my guy for ringing in EMS week 2026 on a good note. Highly recommend this place 🙏🏼🙏🏼
