Fantastic experience - I had a screw in my tire and they were able to fix it quickly. On top of that, it was in an easy location, so they fixed it for free! I was so happy with how professional and helpful everyone was that I am coming back later today to get an oil change.

I’d been dealing with a slow leak in one of my tires for a few months. (Yes, yes… I know. ) I kept a portable air compressor in my car and was buying myself some time, but it was only a temporary solution. Before leaving town for a week, I filled the tire again. When I got back, it was low on air once more, so I finally decided it was time to get it fixed. Luckily, American Tire was on my drive home from work, so I had no more excuses. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was excellent. The gentleman at the front desk was friendly, welcoming, and professional. While I was there, another customer came in with three young children who were understandably loud and energetic. Although their parent wasn’t very attentive, the employee remained calm, patient, and professional the entire time. That level of customer service was impressive. Kudos to him! The technician who worked on my car was just as courteous. He explained everything as he went, including the issue we had finding my wheel lock key. He was able to remove the tire, locate the nail, and repair it without any problems. The best part? They repaired my tire for FREE. Because of the outstanding service, they’ve earned my future business. I’ll definitely be coming back when it’s time to purchase new tires and get my alignment done. Quick. Efficient. Professional. Highly recommend! One tip: if you want the fastest service, make an appointment. I was a walk-in and didn’t wait long, but I happened to arrive during a slower period. Had I come at a busier time, the wait could have been much longer.
