I recently had my oil changed here and had an excellent experience. The service was outstanding from start to finish. Nathan and Steve were especially helpful, professional, and friendly. They took the time to answer my questions, kept me informed throughout the process, and made everything quick and easy. I highly recommend and will definitely be returning for future service needs.

Nathan was great taking our info and staying in touch regarding what the mechanic did and discovered. We were walk-ins with a slow tire leak and a dribing shimmy. The guys were courteous and helpful.

Nathan got my van in for brakes, tires and an oil change. They took care of me quickly and also informed me of things that I will need to get done sooner rather than later. And it wasn't just trying to add more dollars to the invoice. They demonstrated the issue and deducted me on the issue and potential problems. I'm bringing it back very soon to get those things taken care of. Very grateful for the great service.

I was shopping in Paso Robles and I got flat tire! AAA towed me to American Tire Depot… they were so helpful and replaced my tire even though it was near closing time!

I had a great experience with Nathan. I was in town for a wedding when I had a tire blowout and Nathan made a stressful situation much easier. He clearly explicitly my options and the pricing seemed fair. Nathan and crew were able to get new tires on my car and have us on our way in about 45 minutes. The service was professional, efficient and friendly. I would recommend Nathan and team at American Tire Depot.

I have to share I had the best experience here. I was late for my appointment due to a dead battery so got there an hour before closing. Because my car cannot be lifted on a regular jack, the mechanic paid extra attention. They were so busy, and Nathan was juggling everything while paying attention to details for each customer. He really went above and beyond too, running after someone who left without their spare. I was last out, 15 minutes after closing, but all three employees were helping each other and totally cool about it being late, or at least they made it feel they were :)
