Thought I had an alignment issue and TPMS wrong. Nathan was very nice and professional, explained all possibilities to me very clearly. After their inspection, nothing was wrong and gave me the data so it was free of charge. The service and hospitality is great and would recommend anyone to come!

I ran into tire issues after hitting a brick on my way up to Monterey Bay. I called a bunch of different stores and they were the only ones who had the tires I needed for my car. Carter and Max were the ones who helped me out and they were so accommodating, efficient, and kind. They fixed my tires in an hour and were so understanding of my situation. I am honestly so appreciative of them! They did an excellent job.

I recently had my oil changed here and had an excellent experience. The service was outstanding from start to finish. Nathan and Steve were especially helpful, professional, and friendly. They took the time to answer my questions, kept me informed throughout the process, and made everything quick and easy. I highly recommend and will definitely be returning for future service needs.

Nathan was great taking our info and staying in touch regarding what the mechanic did and discovered. We were walk-ins with a slow tire leak and a dribing shimmy. The guys were courteous and helpful.

Nathan got my van in for brakes, tires and an oil change. They took care of me quickly and also informed me of things that I will need to get done sooner rather than later. And it wasn't just trying to add more dollars to the invoice. They demonstrated the issue and deducted me on the issue and potential problems. I'm bringing it back very soon to get those things taken care of. Very grateful for the great service.
