American tire depot is fantastic. I had an emergency where my brakes started grinding and I was able to bring my car in after work and they stayed late doing my brakes. The customer service is top notch. They also fixed my stems on my tires because I purchased my tires from here. They are fantastic.

To my surprise, the team worked efficiently and professionally, and within about an hour, most of the customers had already been taken care of. By the time my service was completed, only two of us were left waiting. The staff was friendly, helpful, and communicated clearly throughout the process. Even though the shop appeared busy, everyone remained professional and provided great customer service. It’s refreshing to see a team that knows how to manage a heavy workload while still making customers feel welcome and valued. Thank you to the Rancho Cucamonga team for the excellent service. I will definitely be returning and recommending this location to others.
