Outstanding service — this is the kind of business that earns customers for life. I brought my Lexus NX300 to American Tire Depot in Rosemead because I had a nail in one of my tires and was worried that I might need to replace the tire. They inspected it, repaired the puncture professionally, and when everything was finished, they told me there was no charge. I was genuinely shocked. It is very rare these days to find a business that is this honest, generous, and focused on taking care of the customer instead of trying to make an extra dollar. Even though they were very busy, the staff was professional, friendly, and straightforward. There was no pressure, no unnecessary upselling, and no attempt to convince me that I needed something I didn’t need. They simply fixed the problem and got me safely back on the road. This experience completely exceeded my expectations. I will absolutely come back here for tires in the future, and I would highly recommend this American Tire Depot location to my family and friends. Thank you to the entire team for the excellent service and for reminding me that great customer service still exists!

I happened to pass by this tire shop on my way to work because my rear right tire kept losing air and I’m so glad I did! Christian was friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in. He took a quick look at my tire and told me it didn’t seem to be anything major. He said it would take about 45 minutes to an hour. About 10 minutes later, he came back and told me they had found a nail in the tire and could fix it right away for FREE!! My car was ready less than 20 minutes! I was definitely lucky today! Christian was honest, kind, and provided such quick and great service. I really appreciate his help and would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs tire service. Great experience!
