I brought in my fleet vehicle, and although the system initially wasn’t set up to process the service, Andrew went above and beyond to get everything handled. He patiently contacted the fleet company to set up their system and followed up with me afterward to let me know when they’d be able to complete the service. He was professional, communicative, and very easy to work with throughout the process. I’d definitely recommend this location and especially Andrew for the great service.

I came in with a bolt in my tire, I have a warranty on the tires from another tire shop so I asked if they were able to patch it. Unfortunately the bolt was on the edge of tire so they weren’t able to patch it so I asked if they could put the spare on. They took care of me for free. This shop is super chill definitely coming back if I ever have tire troubles.

After being misled by another tire shop that tried to scam me for $365 in unnecessary parts, the team here restored my faith in honest mechanics. I brought in my 2005 Subaru Outback for an alignment. Unlike the previous shop that used the wrong year's specs, the technician here correctly identified my vehicle generation (2005-06). They confirmed what I already suspected: my car has factory camber bolts and didn't need any expensive aftermarket kits. They were professional, transparent, and got all my toe and camber angles back into the green zone perfectly.
