Great experience at American Tire! I came in with a flat tire, and Albert and Eddie took great care of me. They were friendly, professional, and got my tire replaced quickly. They made the whole process easy and stress-free, and I really appreciated the excellent customer service and attention they gave me. It’s always nice to find a shop with people who are helpful, honest, and make sure you’re taken care of. Huge thanks to Albert and Eddie for getting me back on the road! Got a new set of tires, unfortunately the load rating was incorrect for my Tesla. I communicated this with Tire Depot and they ordered me the correct tires to swap. No extra charge for labor just the difference in upgraded Tires.

Outstanding service — this is the kind of business that earns customers for life. I brought my Lexus NX300 to American Tire Depot in Rosemead because I had a nail in one of my tires and was worried that I might need to replace the tire. They inspected it, repaired the puncture professionally, and when everything was finished, they told me there was no charge. I was genuinely shocked. It is very rare these days to find a business that is this honest, generous, and focused on taking care of the customer instead of trying to make an extra dollar. Even though they were very busy, the staff was professional, friendly, and straightforward. There was no pressure, no unnecessary upselling, and no attempt to convince me that I needed something I didn’t need. They simply fixed the problem and got me safely back on the road. This experience completely exceeded my expectations. I will absolutely come back here for tires in the future, and I would highly recommend this American Tire Depot location to my family and friends. Thank you to the entire team for the excellent service and for reminding me that great customer service still exists!
