My experience was excellent, thanks to Ryan and the entire staff. They were very polite and responded quickly to my request for a new spare tire. The tire even came in before an incoming rain storm so I feel extra prepared for the slippery roads.

I had gotten a flat and s temp tire on my vehicle so i went to State st location at 7:00 am and fortunately there was no customers yet. The tire was a loss and took the time to repair whuch idnt always the case in other shops. Thanks for a great service. No charge

Extremely efficient and skilled- always feel I’m leaving my car in trustworthy hands here. They repaired my flat tire at no cost and got me back on the road in under 90 minutes on a busy Saturday. Ryan was very proactive and offered to replace my windshield wipers for a fair quote. Excellent customer service. Highly recommend!

I went in to get my brakes changed. I purchased the parts according to my vin from auto zone and took them in for the labor. Turns out I have the big brake package and it’s not tied to my vin. 🤷🏻♀️ anyway, we stayed there longer than anticipated but Ryan and another employee, I think he was a manager (bald head, glasses, very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional) were great. They helped us save a bit of money because of the situation we were in with confusion of the parts (because of the incorrect parts according to my vin) and made sure we had notes in our paperwork so this didn’t happen again. I felt very taken care of! On top of my own great experience I witnessed just how patient and professional these guys are when a very very difficult woman went in there and how they handled it. So much better than I would’ve!! All in all this location is great and I’d recommend them to anyone! If anything comes up I’ll be continuing to take my business there!
