I had such a positive experience at American Tire Depot in Sherman Oaks, particularly thanks to Garni. From the moment I walked in, he was genuinely welcoming, friendly, and helpful. What impressed me most was not simply the service, but his attitude — the kind of natural kindness and willingness to help that you immediately notice and appreciate. Garni personally inspected my flat tire, found and repaired the puncture, inflated the tire, and had me safely back on the road. He was professional, efficient, and incredibly gracious throughout the entire experience. To my surprise, there was no charge for the repair. It may have been a relatively small tire problem, but the way someone treats you when there is very little in it for them says a great deal about their character and about a business. Garni turned an inconvenient situation into an exceptionally positive experience. This is the kind of service that earns trust and brings customers back. Thank you, Garni. Efficient, attentive, excellent customer service. My tire was not in stock but they got it within 24 hours. Once I finally got my car towed to the location they took it in right away, kept me up to date in the progress. Car was completed within 1.5 hours. Would absolutely recommend ATD!
