Dealing with car problems now brings about a deep grief for my dad, who used to help me take care of my car repairs. He passed away several years ago, and ever since, dealing with repairs and maintenance has felt overwhelming… essentially, I lost my favorite “car guy”. Owning a 20-year-old BMW means occasionally having to deal with expensive repairs on a vehicle I’m far too sentimental to let go of. My BMW had several major oil leaks, and the AC stopped working. After procrastinating for too long, I finally faced my grief and the repairs and took my car to American Tire Depot. I felt genuinely fortunate to work with Al, the manager. He was polite, professional, and super helpful throughout the process. When there was a hiccup with the service on my complicated car, Al worked diligently to resolve it and looked for the most cost-effective solutions instead of immediately recommending the most expensive ones. He listened to my concerns and was very responsive. What I appreciated most was how Al took ownership of my situation. He was hands on, personally double-checking things to make sure everything was done correctly. His steady demeanor had a calming effect on me, making a difficult and emotional process much easier to navigate. America Tire Depot got my oily mess of a car cleaned up and my AC running cold again just in time for summer! Thanks, Al and the team, for taking such good care of me and my old BMW. Came in for pressure check and tire rotation. Max was very helpful in making accomodations available to me. He also ensured I was well informed on upcoming maintenance needs. He created a fun, informative, and inviting experience.

Al was as very friendly and helpful Went to the other American Tire on Walker and Cerritos, and they said they could not fix my slow tire leak. However, Al at KNOTT And Katella, fix it in 15 minutes For free. Be sure to go to Al’s American tire store
