I went here yesterday for a tire rotation and bought a much needed air filter for my car. I showed up about 12:45p.m. Explained what I needed to employee Anthony M. And asked would this service be able to be done today? Anthony M. Replied yes there a a car in front of me and one more, but I would be next. One thing that was interesting was that he had a phone and asked for my number which tracked my information and name. He was very courteous and explained I would be getting an order ticket which I needed to sign to perform service. While I did this I asked if they sold air filters still? He explained, “Yes, and proceeded to ask my vehicle information” once I told employee my make and model they had the sir filter in the back which he told me was a lifetime filter where I would never have to replace again. I never heard that, but very interesting. While I was being checked in I met an older gentleman who was warm and welcoming with customer service. I explained I heard you can just blow the air filters clean and keep the same one versus replacing revery oil check. He (older gentleman) explained why that wasn’t a good idea, because you may break the ail filter from the inside not know it, then further explained you’d be better off taking air filters out your car and tapping on the ground gently, and lastly explained breaking an air filter would cause problems for the car later on the inside. While I waited inside the store, I noticed a vending machine put inside the store that had various drinks and snacks to purchase, very convenient for these 100 degree temperatures outside. My car was taken care of fairly quick, the wait time is put on the tv screen inside store, but task was accomplished with great timing. I’ve been to other locations, but was completely satisfied with the service. Lastly, before leaving I signed a paper close out ticket. It should also be noted that the staff explained there is another store that is considered a sister store big brand tires where I may go to too! Great job to the staff at the American Tire Depot, this is my new go to spot location.

Came in because for the past several months, my tire pressure sensor keeps going off. Luckily, Mike came to the rescue and reassured me that it was a quick check and fix. It wasn’t the tire pressure sensor he says. It was actually a nail. I stayed in the car and he whipped his magic. He showed me the nail and he fixed it lickity split. Thanks Mike for your service and help! Great service here.

Definitely a professional crew. Fast and efficient. Inspection made it take a little longer but it was worth it to know the overall condition. I will be back!
