As a woman, I have never felt more comfortable at an auto repair shop. Juan and Ricardo were so kind and upfront, and did not try to upsell me on a million extras. I thought there would be some catch when they said they would patch my tire for free but there wasn’t ! Highly recommend this place.

I had a tire blow out and the team provided me updates and options to fix my tire and after inspection other necessary repairs. I asked for them to keep the auto parts they replaced( struts, shocks, tires) so I could see the condition as well as learn what the damage looks like with no question. I appreciated their willingness to do so and transparency. My car is now safer and feels like new. Highly recommend their services.

I had such a great experience at American Tire Depot. Dealing with unexpected damages to your car can feel stressful and ruin a perfectly good day, but Ricardo and Andrew made me feel completely comfortable and supported from the moment I arrived. Since I was located close to a Costco tire center, I went there first. Costco refused to repair my tire because the type of tire repair needed on my car was too complicated. The car dealer told me that they would only replace tires, not repair. So, feeling lost, I brought my car to American Tire Depot and this team really stepped up and took care of the issue quickly and professionally. Everyone was incredibly nice, personable, and efficient. Ricardo was honest about his shop’s abilities and both he and Andrew provided clear explanations about everything. Van, who handled the repair, did an amazing job and made the whole process stress-free. On top of that, the tire repair was completely free, which was such an unexpected and appreciated bonus. It’s rare to find a shop that’s both skilled and genuinely kind to their customers. I would absolutely recommend this tire shop to anyone needing tire maintenance or help with unexpected damage.

Had a flat tire. Saw online that American tire depot would patch for free. Was skeptical that there would be fine print and/or reasons why it wouldn't be free and they would have to charge me. However they were great and fixed my tire completely free! Would highly recommend.

Great customer service and experience with such short notice. Long story short, called them at 5:30pm right before closing and they were able to order me what I needed for my suv for the following day. Fast service!
