Molding a cut- and chip-resistant, all-season compound, the Grabber HD features symmetric, three-rib design with solid outside shoulders blocks to deliver confident handling and steadiness when carrying heavy loads. The four deep, circumferential grooves clear water from beneath the footprint for increased resistance to hydroplaning effects. Numerous sipes and independent tread blocks generate the needed biting edges for improved traction on wet and wintry road conditions. Utilizing its Duragen Technology, Continental created a tire that provides remarkable durability and an even footprint for prolonged wear. Sidewall Curb Protectors help to guard the tire from sidewall damages and cuts. The Grabber HD tire features two high-strength steel belts for balanced footprint pressure to provide assured stability and smooth tread wear. Sturdy, two-ply casing and twin polyamide protections provide extra toughness for long life.
