⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Excellent Service, Great Prices, and a Wonderful First Experience! This was my first experience with American Tire Depot, and I couldn’t be happier with the service I received! I called ahead to confirm my appointment, and Ryan was incredibly friendly and helpful from the very beginning. Although my appointment was scheduled for later in the day, he let me know that a technician was available and invited me to come in early to get started on installing four new tires. I’ll admit, I was a little skeptical at first because I’ve always gone to Walmart for my tires. However, Walmart didn’t have my tire size in stock, and there were no appointments available, so I decided to give American Tire Depot a try. I’m so glad I did! Ryan and another gentleman whose name I unfortunately didn’t catch were both extremely professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout my visit. They offered me water and soda, checked in with me about halfway through the service, and made sure I was comfortable while waiting. They even went above and beyond by helping me open my engine air filter compartment so I could install a new filter I had brought with me, completely free of charge! It was a small gesture, but one I truly appreciated. Ryan also helped me out with a discount on the extended road-hazard warranty and made sure the final out-the-door price matched the quote I received online. No surprises, no pressure, just honest pricing and excellent customer service! For reference, I purchased four Uniroyal tires in size 235/40R19 and received a $30 tire savings promotion. The price was excellent, and my car drives beautifully with the new tires! One thing to keep in mind is that Saturdays can get busy, but even with that, I was in and out in approximately two hours, which I thought was very reasonable for having four tires installed. As a first-time customer, both at this location and with American Tire Depot overall, I was genuinely impressed. The friendly staff, professionalism, attention to detail, and fair pricing made this a fantastic experience. Thank you, Ryan and team, for making my first visit such a positive one! Staff was extremely helpful, professional, and friendly. I appreciated the little details and time they took to make sure that the tires fit before putting them on the car. They went out of their way to make the experience a good one. Would definitely go back again.

Needed some new tires for my Corvette, which can get unreasonably expensive. Had a lot of bad experiences at other tire shops with pushy salesmen trying to take advantage. Luckily Brandon's a great dude and took care of me. Helped me figure out my options, had the tires shipped in and installed the next day. Excellent customer service. I'll definitely be coming back.

This place is great the manager very polite professional treats customers with respect. Does quality work and doesn't price gouge. Will continue to go there for all my auto needs.

I went for a simple tire hole patch but ended up needing to replace the tire instead. They recommended replacing all four tires since they were in all in bad shape. I couldn’t afford all four so I went with just the two I needed. Got some extra cash later in the day so I ran in later expecting to beg for them to honor the buy 3 get one free deal they offered me earlier but they honored it no questions asked. Super friendly guys and quick service. Wouldn’t recommend anyone else.
