Brandon was absolutely amazing. They were very helpful in swapping out my tire with a full-size existing spare. He was very insightful and very helpful and because of this, I ended up ordering my new tires from this location. They price matched my tires and I was able to get an appointment for the time and date I requested to install the new tires. His customer service skills were above and beyond, I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

Absolutely great experience at American Tire Depot in Pomona! The service was fast, friendly, and very professional. They repaired two punctures in my tire completely for free, which I really appreciated. While we waited, they even provided us with snacks and water, which was a really nice touch. The whole process was quick and easy. Definitely recommend this location to anyone who needs tire service!

These guys put air in my tires & patched a leak in my rear passenger tire FOR FREE. They were so kind & respectful- & made me feel safe. Plus they were bumpin the cuts, & had Roll Bounce playing inside the office for people while they waited. It was such a vibe, & they had my tires ready to go in no time. Service was fantastic! Brought in my 5th-wheel tire with a leaking valve stem and they had a high-pressure valve stem in stock. I showed up Saturday afternoon right before our trip the next day, and EC (front desk advisor) had me in and out in no time. Will be back for sure.

Brandon had my ticket ready to go at 8:15 after a quote from EC the previous afternoon on 4 new Cascade Premier Touring AS tires and a synthetic oil change. I've driven these tires over 1500 highway miles in the last 3 weeks and they're the quietest, smoothest tires I've ever had. Highly recommend. The service was professional, efficient and overall excellent. This is my new go to shop for sure.

My wife was told by the dealership car needs an alignment cost over $200.00 dollars. She asked me to find another auto shop Google it American Tire Shop came up called quoted $135.00 i thought cool and they gave me a $25.00 discount first time customer $110.00 whoa. Late afternoon to bring car in made appointment for Saturday they call me Friday if i could come in who does this i say yes.
