Brian answered the phone and took care of me right away...American Tire Depot undercut Discount Tire by 20%. Even when given the opportunity, Discount couldn't or wouldn't match them! On top of that, Discount would have had a long wait, and I couldn't even reach the original salesperson I had spoken with. Service here was instantaneous with zero wait time, and they didn't try to upsell me on anything. I'm very pleased!

Easy to make an appt online and they had good service. Had my tires rotated without issue, sat in the comfy waiting chairs and only took 10 minutes. I have an EV and they followed the proper guidelines for jacking it up to not damage the battery.

They patched up my tire and like they said on the menu, no charge. That free service is a perfect example of when a good business is a great neighbor. I'll definitely come back again when my Supra needs maintenance.

Fixed my tire for free, no strings attached! I was really expecting to be upsold or something. They let me know my tread was low and control arm a little worn out but didn’t pressure me to buy anything or pay for anything. Highly recommend to fix a flat or hole in your tire!!
