I was given a recommendation to go to American Tire Depot to replace my son’s tires. That was approximately eight months ago. I now have all of our family vehicles there, all four! I would never go to another shop. Alex, the manager went way out of his way to assist me with investigating a possible problem that had come up with my daughter‘s vehicle. Nobody’s ever done that before it wasn’t gonna serve him for anything and he made recommendations to check into because that’s how much they care about the family business. I couldn’t be any happier with this service. Every time I go to a different location for a vehicle repair I’m just waiting for the bad news. Here I’ve never had any. I would take the time to establish yourself at this American Tire Depot location. They are amazing.

No charge for a simple tire patch—and outstanding honesty and service! I had all four tires replaced at the Kia service center in Clairemont Mesa just two months ago. When my tire-pressure alert came on, Kia recommended replacing the entire tire. I declined and took it to American Tire Depot on Adams Ave instead. They confirmed exactly what I suspected: the tire only needed a simple patch. No unnecessary replacement, no upselling, and they didn’t even charge me for the repair. I truly appreciate American Tire Depot’s honesty, integrity, and excellent customer service. They earned my complete trust and loyalty. Going forward, American Tire Depot will be the only place I take my car for tire service. Highly, highly recommended!
