Dropped by on Sunday for help with new tires and was properly assisted by Enrique. The customer service by him was on point. Gave me pointers on the life of the tires and rotations I should do at certain mileage. Great price and great service i definitely recommend this location. Thank you!

I ordered my tires at 4:30 pm and had them delivered and installed and aligned by 1:30pm next day . Costco was at 5-10 business days for delivery and install . Support local and get your tires or vehicle serviced at American tire depot in Santa Ana .

I was traveling from out of town for a job when I noticed a big screw in my tire. AAA came out, put on the spare tire, and advised me not to drive too far on it. After my job was done, I searched for a nearby tire shop since I wasn’t familiar with the area. The first shop told me the wait would be 3–4 hours, but I needed to head back home. I found American Tire Depot less than 2 miles away and decided to give them a try. They checked my tire and explained that it wasn’t repairable, so I ended up getting a new tire. They got me back on the road quickly with great service, fast work, and fair pricing. Highly recommend!

Had a nail in my tire; they helped remove it and patch it up expeditiously and didn't even charge me for it. They do great work, and the team is really friendly, so I highly recommend them.

The manager of duty was very friendly at the time and when he found out about my problem he immediately got to work. In less than 20 minutes he removed the nail in the tire and fixed the tire. I am really grateful for the service at this repair shop, the employees were all experienced and worked quickly( 04/18/2026 around 1:15 pm)
