I had a tire repair appointment that ultimately turned into replacing both rear tires after the technician found a screw in the unrepairable area of the rear passenger-side tire. Even though my appointment was at the end of the day and I was the last customer, the front desk manager and technician at the Vista location were professional, easy to work with, and very efficient. They didn’t try to upsell me, and the entire job was completed in about 45 minutes. I’ll definitely return to the Vista tire shop for all of my future tire needs. Thanks!

I did not make an appointment and they were able to fit me in right away and service writer was very helpful and pleasant. I was in there less than 30 minutes. I highly recommend their business for all your auto needs.

I called in first for balancing before the store open and was able to make appointment same day. Advised me of the proper balancing approach for my tires. The store manager knows exact time of work completion. I was done 5 min before the promised completion time and made it to my next trip on time.

They were very courteous and did a good job. It took a long time, but they were VERY busy and didn't even charge me. WOW! I left a small tip because I didn't have much cash on me. I definitely recommend them and will certainly return when I need their help again. Thank you so much!
