I called in first for balancing before the store open and was able to make appointment same day. Advised me of the proper balancing approach for my tires. The store manager knows exact time of work completion. I was done 5 min before the promised completion time and made it to my next trip on time.

They were very courteous and did a good job. It took a long time, but they were VERY busy and didn't even charge me. WOW! I left a small tip because I didn't have much cash on me. I definitely recommend them and will certainly return when I need their help again. Thank you so much!

I had an outstanding experience at American Tire Depot thanks to Alex and the manager, Johnny! From the moment I walked in, they were professional, honest, and incredibly personable. It’s not always easy to find a team you can truly trust, but they made everything feel straightforward and stress-free. They went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, explaining everything clearly and never trying to upsell or pressure me. On top of that, the service was impressively quick without sacrificing quality. If you’re looking for a shop that values integrity, efficiency, and genuine customer care, I highly recommend asking for Alex and Johnny. They really set the standard for what great service should be!

Johny took care of me. I needed some tires. Most other placed around didnt have my size. He got them the next day for me installed quick enough on my lunch break and back to work. Highly recommend
