Visiting the area from out of state on vacation. I notice a grinding noise coming from the rear brakes. Went to the shop with no reservation. The manager was super friendly and professional! He was able to accommodate me and took care of the brake issue promptly. Saved our vacation!!!

This is the best tire place ever! Open on the weekend and holiday for those of us with car issues! Courtesy, extra advice for care, warranty with free services. I was there less than 90 minutes. Highly recommend!!

I had a phenomenal experience at this shop today, entirely thanks to the manager, Johnny. I came in to get new tires installed, and although there was an initial delay with the delivery truck that caused about a one-hour wait, it ended up being time incredibly well spent. While we were waiting for the tires to arrive, I decided to add an oil change and asked to have the vehicle inspected to see what condition it was in. I recently bought my car secondhand and was carrying a massive amount of anxiety over its actual health and safety- my own doing since I skipped a pre-purchase inspection. Johnny handled the wait time perfectly and used every minute to completely put my mind at ease. He was incredibly straightforward, honest, and matter-of-fact. What impressed me the most was his total transparency. He brought me right out into the shop bay to let me visually inspect everything while patiently educating me on exactly how my vehicle works and what was going on underneath it. He even went out of his way to pull up the history report so we could look over the vehicle's past maintenance together. To top it all off, after the new tires were installed and I mentioned a concern about how the vehicle was backing up, he personally test drove the vehicle to accurately diagnose it for me and ensure everything was safe. The wait was totally worth it for the education I received. This business has an absolute gem with Johnny running the front. His honesty, unmatched thoroughness, and elite customer service completely cured my anxiety. He is the exact reason I have officially become a loyal customer for life (or at least while he is there). If you want the job done right by someone you can truly trust, ask for Johnny!
